same with my art teacher, it made art so annoying. i like this a lot, the hands look perfect!

Hehe, thanks. I'm hopin' my professors in college will be a little more open to it... but chances are they won't be. I just don't wanna have to play towards their likings just to get a good grade.

The hands weren't too difficult for me (thankfully. I've had a little trouble on subject matters this past year). What REALLY helped was Mrs. Peck's (sp?) class freshman year. Remember her? I had to do a hand project where I just draw a whole bunch of hands (16 actually. I wish I still had that piece). It just felt like art 1 again (which was actually a little saddening. I like hands and I like drawin' them because I'm decent at 'em. But I would like to do something else that I actually need some help on. Oh well, independent study time this summer @_@ I reallllllly gotta step my game up before Design School @_@ X_X)

Yeah, she was the best art teacher I've had, the one i had for the rest of HS didn't really teach anything new,it was more ( too much) independent study, he was one of those teachers you had to play towards their likings to get good grades, which was hard since our likings didn't coincide.

i have some great independant research from that class and it helped me in other ways, but not in actually perfecting my techniques. my knowledge of the theory and appreciation of art is honed, but my skills have taken a hit, or i guess a better way to say it, they've stayed pretty much stagnant since art 2 XD
